It's that time of the year again. 

 

Time for the 2008 District Dinner!!

 

Attached please find a registration from to this year's dinner.  The event
will be held on Saturday, January 12 at Baker University in Baldwin City,
KS.  The exact address will be coming soon.  Cost of this year's event will
be $10.00 per person for Early Bird registrations.  Walk-ins are welcome and
will be $12.00 per person at the door.  Contact Jacob Allen, our District
Executive, immediately to reserve your spot!  You may e-mail him at
jallen at hoac-bsa.org, call him at the Council office at 816-569-4962 or send
in the attached registration form.  Remember, the form must be received in
the office by the 10th to get the Early Bird discount.

 

 

What else do we need from all of you?!!?!?!

 

Do you have someone deserving of recognition in your Pack, Troop, Crew or
Post?  Now is the perfect time to recognize those people who help make the
program a success.  Each Pack, Troop, Crew and Post is asked to put together
recognition for those deserving individuals and bring it to the dinner.
Each Pack, Troop, Crew or Post will be given time to recognize those
individuals and tell us what wonderful things they are doing for Scouting.

 

We hope to see you all there.  Remember this event is open to ALL Pelathe
Volunteer Scouters - Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, Venturing and Exploring.
