[cubscouts] Day Camp / Bear Camp

Greetings All:



Just a reminder that Day Camp registrations are due to your den leader by tomorrow night, Tuesday, April 7. We will turn in the registrations on Wednesday, April 8. After that you can still sign up for Day Camp? but there is an additional $15 late registration fee. We also need adults to go to Day Camp to serve as Walking Leaders (walk the Scouts from station to station). Walking Leader training is May 7 at 7:00 p.m. at Roundtable.



There is only one Bear Camp session left open which is July 3-4. Last week they had 40 spots left. The camp will end by 4:00 p.m. on July 4th so the boys will have plenty of time after camp to participate in?celebratory patriotic?activities. This camp is for the current Wolf Scouts who will be Bears next year. This is the only year they can go to Bear Camp because the following year they would go to Webelos Camp. You can register by calling the BSA Council Office at (800) 776-1110 and ask for "Camping Services". You don't have to register through the Pack.

Also of note, the Pack does have some funds to help pay for camping activities and there may be some money from the Bromelsick fund to pay for camps. At this point the amount to assist Cubs with camps has not yet been determined but we should know by the end of this week.
