Hello Cub Scouts and Cub Scout Parents,
 
I hope you are having a great summer. Summertime is always a good time to  
have Pack activities. Here is what we have for you for the rest of the 
summer. I  will send out flyers in another e-mail.
 
Saturday, July 18 9:30 a.m. Fishing Derby and Wet and Wild Days at  
Faulkner Lake (on Orange Street between 8th Street and 1600 road) Bring fishing  
gear and bait. The Boy Scouts will be helping out. Also bring swimwear or  
something that you don't mind getting wet because you will get wet. This  
includes parents and siblings because this is Wet and Wild Days with lots of  
water fun. Be sure to bring sponge toys and water guns. We ask that each family 
 bring hot dogs, buns and chips. We will then cook them on the grill. Hope 
you  can make it because it will be fun.
 
Friday, August 7, 7:05 Scout Night at the T-Bones baseball game. We will  
watch the game from reserved seats and then we will camp out on the outfield  
grass, watch a couple of movies, have late night concessions and get a 
patch.  This is a family event. If family members want to come and camp, great. 
If  family members just want to come enjoy the game, they can do that too. 
Camping  and game is $21. Game only is $8.50. A flyer will be sent out soon. 
We will need  reservations by July 20.  If you are unable to go to the 
August 7 event  there is another scheduled for August 21 which you can go to on 
your own.  Information will be included in the flyer.
 
Saturday, August 29 11:00 - 1:00 Back to the Pack bowling in Lawrence. For  
$5 each person gets two games and shoes. It will be an awesome time to get 
back  with your den and start the new year. A flyer will be sent out soon.
 
We hope you will be able to come to all or some of these events designed  
just for you and your family.
