[cubscouts] Upcoming Cub Scout Events/Flyers

Hi folks, I realized I sent out some announcements and flyers to the Cub  
Scout list serve but it was not delivered because it was too big and the list 
 serve moderator is at Camp Geiger in St. Joe, MO and can't release it. So, 
here  is the information which should be able get through.
 
 
This is a reminder about the upcoming Summertime Cub Scout Events. If you  
know of a Cub Scout Family that does not have e-mail, please copy the flyers 
and  give the family a copy
 
Saturday, July 18  9:30 a.m. Fishing Derby with Troop 65 at Faulkner  Lake 
(located on Orange Street just west of the city power plant) Please bring  
fishing poles, bait and tackle, and a swimsuit. You will also need to bring a 
 package of hotdogs, buns and chips. We will have a cookout picnic and some 
fun  times.
 
Friday, August 7, 7:05 p.m. T-Bones Game/Campout. Registration form is  
below. Registrations due to David Simmons by Sunday, July 26.
 
Saturday, August 29  11:00 a.m. Back to the Pack Bowling Party at  Royal 
Crest Lanes in Lawrence. Registration form is attached. Registrations are  due 
to Lisa Hunkele by Monday, August 10. 
 
We certainly hope you will come to these events.

Boy Scout Night 2009 
Friday, August 7 
Game Time: 7:05 p.m. 
The Kansas City T-Bones are also sponsoring an exclusive overnight  
experience for Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts. The “Outfield Campout” package  includes 
the following: 
Admission to the Game 
Two Movies on the Big Screen 
Late Night Concession Stand 
Breakfast on Saturday 
Event Patch (overnight campers only) 
To participate in this exciting event, you must complete the  registration 
form below by Sunday, July 26 and return it to Pack 3065  Committee Chair 
David Simmons, 209 Signal Ridge Drive, Phone: 785-691-9836.  Lawn chairs, 
coolers and bug spray will  not be permitted into the ballpark for the game or 
campout. (You can bring these  and keep them in your car.) All seats are 
reserved. A parent must camp with each  Cub Scout. 
If you are unable to attend the August 7 Scout Night with Pack 3065,  there 
is another Scout Night on August 21 for which you can sign up
