Nanette,
I know this is really short notice, but Scott told Alec last night that he 
could play in the soccer game instead of the parade.  I told Scott I'd deal 
with the Boy Scout stuff if he'd deal with the band teacher. So... we can 
still work our shift but we won't be there before it or during the parade.  I 
wanted to let you know because we had discussed the storing of Alec's drum 
which will no longer be an issue.

Thanks for all your work in organizing everyone and we'll see you tomorrow!
