[scouts] Information on Andrew

Whomever this concerns,

As of yet we have not received our council registration cards showing our troop membership.  Those cards have identification numbers and council information that I need to register Andrew for the 2010 Jamboree.   Does anyone have those cards for us or have the information I need?  I need Andrew's Youth member id #.  I don't mean to be short, but HOAC only has a few spots left.  Please get back with me as soon as possible.
