[scouts] Itchies from the Scout grounds August camping trips

Thanks to Michael and the health department for providing this information!  
 
I have attached a picture of the nasty little things to this message. They are greatly magnified since they're actually a little smaller than a common flea. I've always known them as "sand fleas," but I had no idea that their bite caused so much inflammation. Good to know. 
 
This year like so many other bugs, their numbers appear to be up considerably. Also, those with allergies are prone to greater inflammation and irritation. 
 
In the future I think we'll be avoiding July and August when we camp at the Scout Grounds.
