Brian:

We need to decide for Ft. Riley what we want for breakfast (7
people), a budget, how we will shop for the food.

Here are a few ideas:
- Monster Eggs (tried and true, one pan), with a fruit.
- Biscuits and Gravy (pan and dutch oven), with a fruit.
- Pancakes (possibly buckwheat) and bacon/sausage, with a fruit.
- Breakfast light (Quick and healthy: fruit, yogurt, hot oatmeal,
breakfast sandwich of ham and egg)
- Breakfast Burrito (Egg, bacon/sausage, American cheese slices,
salsa), with a fruit.

Drinks: Coffee or Water

Budget:
If we figure $3 per person, the breakfast budget will be $21. Do you
think that's realistic?

Unlike the patrols, the adults pay for the breakfast they are
assigned to prepare. All adults are assigned a meal, so all adults
bear a portion of the campout food costs. Under this system, there is
no need to collect money from each person in the adult patrol.
However, adults who team for meals must collect among themselves.

Shopping:
How do you want to do it? One person buys and another reimburses? Or,
we split up the ingredients and each of us buys our part?

Get back to me on this today. I will be out of the office Thursday
and Friday, Sept. 25 and 26.

ARE THERE RELIGIOUS AWARDS FOR ADULT SCOUTERS?

There are religious awards for adult Scouters, which are presented
for exceptional service to boyhood through Scouting and the community
for between 2 and 10 years depending on the religion (Our best
information on tenure is indicated by the number in the parenthesis
after the award. An "N" indicates that the nomination form does not
require any specific tenure.). The criteria for these awards include
service to the community outside of Scouting, service to Scouting and
active involvement in the nominee's own religious organization. These
awards cannot be sought or earned (unless indicated in parenthesis).
In fact, the nomination forms for some awards include a caution that
any efforts to obtain the award by the nominee will disqualify him or
