[scouts] BSA Lifeguard

Hi folks,

Whoever's going up for patches and such for the upcoming court of
honor, I just got word from the HOAC Council office that my own and
Brian Rome's BSA Lifeguard cards are all signed and ready to go
and will be left in the scout shop in an envelope with my name on it,
"on the table behind the counter" I believe. I'd sure like to get
that and a patch! :)
