[scouts] next Campout

Hello All

 

            Just wanted to let you all know the next campout is going to be
September 25, 26, & 27 in Eudora.  We are helping with the Weblos camp in
Eudora.  This is a great opportunity to help out younger scouts, and let
them know how much fun scouting is.  Let me know if you are going.

 

 

Leaders.

 

            As Campmaster a couple of things I need to know.  If you drive,
and or are going to drive, I need a couple of things from you for when I
pull the Tour Permits as needed.

 

1.	License number
2.	Vehicle & how many seats you have
3.	The Limits of your Insurance.  

 

Every time I pull a permit, we need to have this information,  I do have the
information for

Please let me know that information asap.

            I spoke with John about the Training position on the committee,
and wouldn't mind doing that, I think it would fit in with the CampMaster as
when I pull the tour permits, I have to put in who is trained in safety, and
all that.  I  was wondering if you have a list of all who is trained, and
when their training is up so can remind to get training updated.
