Subject: [scouts] This weekend's campout

This weekend's campout will be at the Baldwin golf course! Our boys will be participating in Troop 65's first ever Winter Golf Classic! Hey, don't laugh, www.weather.com said this Saturday will be the best weekend in December for golf! As part of the campout, boys will be able to complete the requirements for the Gold merit badge, as well as work on advancement requirements for Tenderfoot, Second, and First Class. We might even put in a service hour or two, as we clean things up!

We'll meet at the cabin at 9:00 AM Saturday morning to take gear out, play a few holes, eat some good food, then camp. We'll return to the Scout Cabin by 11:30 AM Sunday morning.

If you have any old golf equipment that you're willing to send along, please let reply.

We are also in need of two adult leaders for Saturday night. I am supposed to attend a faculty Christmas event, but may be unable because we don't have enough adults camping. If you are 21 and can attend, please let me know.
