[scouts] announcements and upcoming events

Dr.John:

Dylan wants to attend the Klondike Derby camp out so add him to the
list.  We quickly reviewed the website with activities.  One question:
it sounds like his patrol is super small.  Just him and Kenneth and
Eric Peterson (whom I haven't seen at a scout event in awhile) .  Will
he join another patrol for the camp out?
Hope to be at the Court of Honor.  What time?
