[scouts] Hello all

Just a quick note about this campout.

 

            We left Saturday morning, at 8:00 from the cabin, and by 9:00
the boys had their swimming suits and life vests on, and were in the water.
They Kayaked, swam, and canoed for the best part of the morning, then ate
lunch, and then for the rest of the afternoon, they swam, kayaked, and coned
along with fishing for their supper.   

 

            We caught about 20 bass out of the lake, and between the foil
meals, the hot dogs, and the fish, if anyone went to bed hungry, it was
because they weren't there.

 

            We also had a contingent from the Cub scouts out there who were
fishing and swimming, I know they caught a couple of fish, and were having
them for supper.  Thanks to all who came out.

 

            We had a great time, and pictures will soon be up on the
website.
