Kathy -
Thank you so much for doing this. Right now we have 18 youth and 7 adults who will be there.
Everything sounds wonderful. If it's okay, can we feed the boys Saturday lunch as well? There won't be much time for them to cook their own. If you want to grill that would be awesome, but if it's too much, sandwiches and chips work fine too.
I can't tell you about the recipes for the cooking activity, so I 'll let Tom and whoever is running that weigh in.
Otherwise, I hope this helps.
Again thanks for all the help!
John

John and Tom,
I saw Tom's message that I am interested in numbers and amounts for
this weekend. I am happy to provide the cracker barrel and lunch
for the adult workers on Saturday. I could also shop for the cooking
demonstrations on Saturday if someone needs to take that on.
Cracker barrel will probably include summer sausage and cheese if we
can afford it. We will also have fruit and cookies.
On Saturday, Stan mentioned bringing out our grill and cooking
hamburgers and hot dogs for the workers. That would be a nice change
if you want to approve it.
I don't mind doing the shopping for the other events as well. For
instance, I might contact Donna Gratts to see if she wants me to pick
up the drinks and cups she will use on Saturday night.
I can use any suggestions you have.
I will probably shop Wednesday evening since I have a banquet at
school on Thursday. I would appreciate it if you could let me know
what you need from me before then.
Thanks for your help and your work with scouts.
Kathy
