Greetings Scouts and Scouters:

This is the last call for the Troop 65's 2009 High Adventure
expedition to the new Rocky Mountain High Adventure Base near Poncha
Springs, Colorado.

If you want to be on the High Adventure Roster, I must have your
$50 deposit by Monday, May 25. So far the roster has 2 adults and 3
Scouts. The tour leader is Scoutmaster John Richards.

Eligibility: At least age 14, and first class rank, with the
Scoutmaster's approval, according to the Troop 65 Handbook. You must
also meet the RMHAB health guidelines.

Cost: $385 (which includes the $50 deposit), plus $20 for two-day wet
suit rental. Pay the balance of $335 by July 1. (You may break it
down in installments, or pay it all before the due date. Make checks
payable to "Troop 65," with "High Adventure" on the memo line.

Scholarship: I've been informed that one-time $500 Bromelsick High
Adventure scholarships for Eagle Scouts are available. I'll try to
find out more details and how to apply.

When: We will leave on July 25 and return on Aug. 9 (Nine Days).
