Dana,
It sounds to me that the city should have the cans out for us.  Rick is going to put out his recycle bins on Friday morning.  I will probably check at about 4 pm that the city cans have bags etc and then help load booth at the scout cabin at 5pm and set it up at about 5:30 to 5:45 downtown.  Anyone want to help on setting up the booth meet at scout cabin at about 5pm Friday.

Hello & thank you to all of you who have signed up for 1 or more shifts during Maple Leaf.  Unfortunately we are short A LOT of people.  We need more people, adults & scouts, to work the food booth, parking & trash pickup.  Everyone needs to sign up for more than one shift

Hey Mr. Boyd, what time would do you need help on Friday setting out trash cans?

OK, I will start calling people to find out who wants to work where.  If you would like to choose your time slot please e-mail me.  If I call you, I can't promis you will get the shift you want.

I know that Maple Leaf is a crazy, crazy time, but as Tom Farmer said, this is a very important event for the boys.  It is a great fundraiser for them.
