[scouts] Trappers Campout

The fee for the campout is $10, food is $10, and we will be stopping for lunch at Braums in Emporia on the way back on Sunday. Total is $20 plus lunch/spending money. Please have permission slips and money ($20) at the cabin on Monday January 11th, but respond this week by email to myself and Ed on whether you and/or your son are attending. We must know by Monday for headcount!!! If your son wants to do some trading, bring items to trade (cards, knives, games, animal parts,...) and some spending money for the Coleman tent.
Necessary items to bring:
Lunch money
Extra clothes
Coat, gloves, hat
Insulated boots (not tennis shoes) Tennis shoes get wet, but if they must wear tennis shoes, bring an extra pair.
Mess kit
Sleeping bag (well insulated)
Flashlight
Voluntary items to bring:
Items to trade (cards, knives, games, animal parts,...)
Spending money (Coleman will have a tent set up for items to buy at a discounted price)

Trappers Rendevous is coming up. Please sign up, and get permission slip to me, I will be at the meeting on Monday the 11th to gather them and help with plans for going. Attached is the permission slip.

Please let me know who is going, Driving, and what vehicles that are going, so I can pull the tour permit.
